花膠的獨特性

花膠經製法前,其實是魚的身體中一個特殊結構的器官,就是魚鰾。魚透過調節其魚鰾內的空氣氣壓,令魚可以保持在水中的平衡,所以魚鰾是每分每秒長時間地承受著不斷脹大縮小的氣壓改變,因此整個魚鰾都是必須極具彈性,才能維持魚的浮力功能。魚鰾就是集合了整條魚最豐富天然膠質的部位,經製成乾製品後才成為現今最滋陰養顏的進補補品-「花膠」。
